Dear partner, we are pleased to send to you today the first newsletter of 2021. 2020 cost us all a lot of strength and the beginning of 2021 will also demand some hardships. Contrary to the general trend, however, we were able to develop very positively and achieve extraordinary and sustainable growth in 2020. That is why we would like to thank you. Without our customers, partners, dealers and friends, this success would never have been possible. Thank you for that and we promise to continue to do our best.
New warranty conditions
The new warranty conditions apply on January 1 with significantly extended terms. Your machine is now covered by our 5-year warranty up to 40,000 operating hours. We are convinced of the quality and robustness of our machines and are happy to pass on our trust to our customers. All information on the new warranty terms will be sent to you by e-mail.
Production and storage
Our most important project of the last few months has now been completed and the new, extended production and storage areas have been set up. With this measure, we support the strong growth and on the one hand can guarantee the fast availability of the machines and on the other hand boost the production of our new AQUARIUS series.
“SCC goes big”
It was with great pleasure that we were able to deliver the first machines of our new 2-stage STRONG 2S series in December. Three machines, each with 315 kW of engine power, went to a customer in Hungary. The 2-stage compressors guarantee high volume flows with comparatively low power consumption and thus excellent efficiency. The STRONG 2S series is one of the leading machines in the compressed air market.
AQUARIUS
The topic of oil-free comppressors is becoming increasingly important in many areas of industry. Our answer is the new water-injected AQUARIUS series. After a successful test run, the machines are now available in sizes from 30 kW to 45 kW and can be delivered at short notice. In the next few days, the first machines of size 55 kW to 75 kW will go into the field test and will be available at the beginning of the second quarter. By the summer we will close the gap with the sizes from 15 kW to 30 kW. This will enable us to deliver an oil-free portfolio of 2.2 kW to 75 kW in 2021.
New employees
2020 has demanded a lot from all of us, but SCC air compressors was able to prove itself in a difficult environment and end the year with strong growth. In order to sustainably support this growth and at the same time offer you the usual service, it was necessary to bring new employees on board. In 2020, we were therefore able to welcome ten new employees to the company. In addition to employees in production and logistics, we have also strengthened our development and management. Our thanks go to all our customers at this point; without you, this would not have been possible.
